I announced my 1-1-1-1 target to my colleagues this week. I think it is fair for them to know what I intend to do and what I will achieve when my deadline comes. I told them that everyone need to have their DREAM.
I told them that by the 1st of January 2011, I intend to acquire a Million Dollars!
I told them that it is not impossible. All I need is to have a plan or a strategy map. The strategy map will show what I want to achieve (vision), what I need to do (mission) and how I need to achieve (indicators).
I set up a website also to realize this dream. It is my first website. I don't know how but I registered the domain name and the host account.
My target is also to achieve at least 500 leads every week. I have joined SWOM, so all my new friends are invited to sign up to SWOM. I also invite new members to connect to me. This is how I increase my ring of friends.
I am putting most of my effort to internet marketing. This, I feel, would get the results that I wish faster.
I am putting effort in real estate, too. On Saturday, my wife and I attended a real estate seminar. The content of the seminar is similar to any other business motivation seminar but with emphasize on Selling Skill. By her accompanying me, I have made her involved to achieve my targets faster.
Later, on Sunday night, my internet work group had our first Audio Conference. The group consist of 7 members. We reported our activities as well as our small successes. We also discussed on what new areas the rest of the members need to go to, in order to increase our leads, be more proficient in our internet skill as well as master the internet marketing skill.
It had been a busy week, last week.
